Kopi Senja began on a small balcony in Malang, with one second-hand roaster and a stubborn belief that great coffee shouldn't be complicated. Word travelled. Neighbours became regulars. Regulars became family.

Today we still roast in small batches, still know our farmers by name, and still save the best seat in the house for whoever needs a quiet moment.
